Very disappointed, both with customer service and with the failure to comply with contractual stipulations. Indeed: - I didn't get an answer to the question I asked by email 8 days before, despite a reminder. It was only indicated to me in answer to this reminder that the answers were brought within 4 to 5 working days.... which is not specified anywhere... and even though this precision was brought to me... by return of mail. - it was never answered to my question for lack of professional knowledge and skills. - the indicated delivery times were not respected, I waited 4 times more than the contractually indicated time and I finally started again. And the products are not crazy ...

Does not correspond to the expectations seen on the site

For my part the soap made me appear pimples but maybe it's my skin that is not suitable ...

My opinion is very bad I do not talk about the product since I still have not tested it since I still have not received it! I ordered on pin up secret after seeing the ads of all the reality TV stars, the shipping was very fast however they sent my product in another relay point than the one I had initially requested. So I couldn't pick up the package due to my schedule and the relay point's schedule, so the package was returned to them and now they are asking me to wait two weeks to see what they will do to solve the problem! This is nonsense they have my money and the product! Every time I try to find out if they've found a solution they always send me the same email already prepared. For me the solution is simple: either you refund me or send the product back to the address I asked for when I placed my order! A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE for me and even if they send me back the product and it works I would never recommend them!!!

I emailed a request because there was an offer at the same time... no response from them. Not very commercial. Disappointed

After two weeks I still have not received my order because my order was lost.

I like the products very much but the after-sales service leaves to be desired no sympathy no listening no help

I have never received my package I had to make a declaration on my honour I have had little response from the company. Order made in November 2018 and we are on 16/05 2019... it's still exceptional. No one apologizes for the situation... they must be really overwhelmed.

The package was received outside the deadlines, the order date was changed on the delivery note to return within the time indicated on the site. The packaging was damaged, one was even completely torn! In addition, one of the products being in pump format, it does not work. I'm really disappointed, I was expecting a lot better given the comments

Quite disappointing to receive products in damaged and torn packaging. Considering the price, this should not happen. Nevertheless the products are good and the delivery was fast.

The treatment makes my skin very dry even after applying the face cream.

I'm not satisfied with my purchase, for the price I expect better.

I have the impression that the oil cream doesn't hydrate me that much and after using the products I have the impression to have a little more pimple, I will continue to use it anyway to see if the effects go away. Finally I find that the pilling is not easy to remove.

I received it and I love it and it smells great.

Unfortunately I have not yet received my order. Lost in shipping. The sav told me the very long return time from the post office but in the meantime I don't have my products. A sending of a new order would have been satisfactory knowing that if I received in parallel the 2nd package I would have sent it back to you. So I will continue to wait even if I receive my products within 1 month or 2 ... I would have bought other products in the meantime and I do not think I recommend not wanting to meet this kind of inconvenience of new ones. Sincerely Alexandra lesur

Really deplorable. I ordered a soap to be delivered to a Spar with flexible hours. You sent that package to the post office or I can never be available to pick it up. Then I'll never get it! Truly inadmissible, and I'm not the first person to have that happen.

To advise against I paid an arm to leave them aside a very very dry skin with the soap and no difference at all

I received my broken cream and threw it away without a fight because it was everywhere and they didn't want to pay me back so I'm very disappointed because I couldn't benefit from the effects of the cream.
