The products make my skin soft and cleansed, but they also bring out all my pimples... to be seen over time...

I'm really disappointed with my purchase since 2 weeks I've been using it and it gives me pimples all over my face.

I will or will not improve my score based on the response I receive from the sales department after my order is received.

I put only one star because I ordered two products and only received one and pin up secret did nothing because for them everything was sent. It's unacceptable to pay for a product and not get it - it's called theft. I was delighted with the product but extremely disappointed with the delivery. I was delivered to the wrong relay point (knowing that I had modified it at the time of my order) Disappointing!

I got my soap super fast, that was the only good thing unfortunately, ... First of all what a shame to call the soap "goat's milk soap" when there's a chouya in it,... the more it's the tea tree ect,... So I was expecting a sweet smell,... I missed it. Anyway, it doesn't stop me, I start to use soap,... result of the count, my hand is dry from one day to the next, and the worst thing is my under eyes completely irritated! Knowing that I obviously avoided the contour of my eyes,... my dark circles were all red, very irritated, it it itched and I was peeling! As if I had eczema,... I kept on using the soap... you never know, maybe it's not that,... except that it got worse! I had to stop it and go to the pharmacy and ask for an antibiotic cream,... I haven't used it for 8-9 days now and my under eye is still very dry, whereas before it wasn't,... Thanks Pinup Secret! Even with the -30%, this soap is still much too expensive and to get the same results,... no thanks!

I still have not received my order after 2 weeks.

I feel like it's blackening me because I'm black with skin. And I've got these huge, painful pimples that grew when I didn't have them before.

It dries out my skin way too much, it's a horror for the price....

I have been deducted twice from the amount of my order and since I asked for a refund of the overpayment I have no more news.

The products are unfortunately not hypoallergenic, especially the soap that caused me allergic reactions, very disappointed with the price.

The site is not ergonoimic and would deserve further development. When you choose a relay point in your professional commune, it is initialized at the nearest relay point to your home. an abbreviation in 2019. So, a note left in the order and a call from 9:00 am after the order allows to take into account the instruction. It's a pity because it serves the products which are of high quality.

Package arrived late. The Soap makes the skin much too dry, the smell is not very pleasant and the worst thing after a few seconds of application it makes my face all red with burns. Not very satisfied, especially for such a price for a soap.

The products disappointed me from the idea I had of them. The products are not so effective, the imperfections (pimples, redness) have not disappeared, it's even worse. And yet I took the full range. The products smell good and are pleasant but without interest.
