Hello, it's not working.

I'm still waiting for my refund after my return.

It's burning my face.

The products may be very well rated but are not suitable for my skin, my skin became very very very very dry after using the soap, I am really disappointed.

I got a broken soap, sent pictures but no response.

I ended up with huge pimple patches on my face and skin that was completely assaulted! I don't recommend it!

I'm not getting any results yet.

I've only been using the products for 2 weeks now but I don't see any change except that I have more pimples than before (whereas I don't have acne skin at all). I will continue to use the products to see, but for the moment I find the products not effective and quite expensive.

Can't even deliver a package to a door.

Two products are missing from my order and they tell me it's the post office's fault, but the package was intact and hadn't been opened... ARNAQUE

Absolutely awful experience with customer service. My package arrived safely but damaged. The product was not in it. After contacting the customer service several times, sending photos and evidence, they inform me that it does not concern them and even refuse to refund me. They let me deal with the carrier. Might as well tell you that I would never receive my product and yet I was charged. I do not recommend at all the customer service is non-existent and incorrect with consumers. Shameful and absurd!

Unfortunately for me, this product did not suit me at all, dry skin, pimples when at the base I do not have any. On the other hand, it suits my daughter s teenage skin.

With everyone's opinion I thought this product would live up to my expectations. Instead, it made my skin dry, triggered redness and many small white pimples...

Bad, very bad. That soap filled me up with pimples. At this price I find it of very poor quality. I really don't recommend it.

I'm a week away from use, and I'm all for disappointing Insta. I've had a lot of good stuff, and a lot of branding come out. And it doesn't make my complexion glow at all. Me, with scarred skin and acne, I'm disappointed. I'm going to utlu like they say, 1-2 more weeks to see if that soap that gave me these pimples, to be sure.

I've been using it for a week now... and then nothing... my skin hasn't changed, I have very little acne, only occasional but no difference...

I am writing to you today about the sea salt scrub I ordered on January 31, 2019. The product seems to have had a problem; in fact, having ordered it before, I know it is easy to apply and exfoliates the skin effectively... unfortunately, the one I received today is dry, makes large chunks of product (glue-like texture) and is impossible to apply. I'm wondering if it has a defect, as I can't do anything with it. Would it be possible to get a refund or send me a new one? Very late delivery! Article received more than a week later! And the customer service is not understanding and constantly puts the blame on the post office! No commercial gesture on their part for all that! I do not recommend their service!

Leaves a soft skin but doesn't help my acne.

The soap was twisted and a little cracked.

Not received at the place I wanted. As I have reduced mobility, I have to go to the farthest post office to pick up the parcel.
