Very bad service due to a problem with a 30% coupon code that didn't pass. The after-sales service found me inconsistent excuses. Code valid until 26/11 but purchase made on 23/11...?!

I received my order and it was on time and the pills work great. My wife thanks you, I thank you, the bed thanks you, the room thanks you, the room , sheet, etc............. I did have an enquiry into the 4 extra pills, and this was delivered within a few days via airmail to my post box. I should have gotten my order before I left. But my requests were not taken into account. Very disappointed

Thank you for your follow up, I did receive the pills and had an opportunity to try them. I had previously been paying a very high price through prescriptions from my local GP. I have not tried the product yet but will soon.

Titles Disappointed with my first order The body scrub arrived with packaging ripped and dented. I sent a photo to customer service no response. my order included another product that I wanted to offer for Christmas and I'm ashamed to give it away given the price I'm really disappointed and I would not advertise. a small commercial gesture would be welcome.

Hello, I like bcp products, on the other hand the service after more than disappointing and unprofessional!! When I placed my first order I had a problem with one of the products, so I sent an email and then a phone call and then p'us News or solution !!!!! And for the second order I just received my soap which is full of blow !!!! Be well aware that it is for your products and certainly not for the after sales service whether by mail by phone or on Instagram!!!
