I did not receive my first package because apparently it was sent to the post office while I was waiting for it at home. Then bcp exchanges messages with customer service who gives me a payment to make for the shipping costs. I was unable to pay for it. So I exceeded a second order but the shipping costs in addition were not charged to me .... so they did not deliver my order: I am still waiting for .... because they have debited the amount of the products on my visa and they have the products .....

I still haven't received the package

The oil-free cream I had a half-filled tube so I would like to get one back or a commercial gesture. Soap otherwise is perfect

The products are great, but I received my oil-free cream with a faulty pump, I sent them an email and they said they were going to send me a new pump... I'm still waiting for it. I'm really unhappy with the after-sales service... I'm wasting too much cream by going to get it in the tube with a stick...

I was disappointed when I last ordered the goat's milk soap, it doesn't match the one I had previously.

The peeling does not adhere easily to the skin "lumps" moreover after 2min "small balls" are formed on the down of the skin very hard to remove. When the soap it stung me enormously the skin I had to rinse it very quickly. I tried again 2 days after idem! I had red patches on the face! I bought this range because I only have oily skin and a few blackheads and dilated pores. I have never had such a problem with a cosmetic product! Even the precious cream doesn't suit me at all, my skin is absolutely not matified. I am very disappointed and I won't recommend this range to my friends.

I'm not satisfied with my purchase, I expected much better. I find the advertising for this product far too exaggerated.

Super product On the other hand review the service sends parcels and after-sales service. With each order a problem parcel does not arrive, not the right products error of address ... Too bad because super product range.
