Good products, I'm satisfied but the oil-free cream was failing... the pressure was not working and the after-sales service only offered me to cut the tube inside which didn't work until I had to unclog the tube myself...

I have a mixed opinion, I have had it for 2/3 weeks and I see a serious difference on my imperfections, spots, even if I don't have a lot of them, it has made my skin flawless, and it dries the skin very quickly whereas I have a skin with a tendency to be oily. But what I don't understand at the beginning of my use is that my skin burned really badly until I had small pimples that appeared in my tingling areas when I applied se savons, and I had red areas on my skin that only went away after a day and that's why I only use it once a day. I have never been able to use it as a mask and still today, because as soon as I put it on my skin not even 10 seconds I have to rinse it off. I even wonder if it's a 100% natural product because it has a wonderful smell but it's much too strong for a natural soap and that's what makes me doubt that there's an ingredient that causes its effects there on my skin. I don't really know what to think, I'm waiting to finish all the soap to see if it's my skin that's the problem or the soap.

Problem of location for the delivery which resulted in an extra cost. I could not choose the nearest post office for the delivery of my package, I had to pay a colissimo! Too bad !

I am not disappointed with the quality of the product but disappointed with the delivery because I paid more for home delivery when I received my package at a relay point.

Product ordered for my daughter to offer for Christmas so no opinion to give you on the products for the moment by cons damage that it is not delivered in a gift box.

Doesn't smell very good, I feel like I have more pimples than before.

I ordered the precious cream, the face peel, the goat's milk soap and the oil-free cream. I did not test the creams (the soap is validated) but I think it will be at the top for 2 of them. I am quite surprised and disappointed with the composition of the oil free cream which is rather poor. With several endocrine disruptors... So I'm not going to use it unfortunately... Otherwise in terms of packaging, it is sublime. As for the capacity, it is correct even if it could be a little bit increased. I therefore recommend the goat's milk soap, the precious cream and the face peeling.

No change on my skin

I've only been using the products for 2 weeks. For the moment no improvement of my acne for the moment I don't even have any more pimples but I'm going to persevere a bit because my skin surely needs to get used to it... afterwards the products smell very good and leave the skin feeling soft. On the other hand, I am seeing an improvement in the excess sebum that I no longer have. The oil-free cream is great. For the soap you should have a box for a question of hygiene it would be better to sell it with it. I am waiting to see the effects on a longer term to be really objective.

Makes the skin grainy, floury day cream that leaves a plastery complexion... very disappointed with the lot that is still quite expensive!

Very expensive for the products offered. The pealing is not pleasant to use and the rest of the products dry the skin a lot.

these are good products but as for the delivery.... change carriers. i had to wait a week to pick up my package which had already arrived at the post office but your carrier was not able to warn me that the package had arrived. i had to go there by chance to realize that the package had arrived. only one piece of advice to give you: change carriers!

The soap made me a lot of pimples, but little by little the pimples are fading.
