Decu I had a promo code to get a free soap that I did not get

The products were simply packaged, fortunately they did not arrive damaged. After a week of use I have a lot of pimples that have appeared, I'm waiting to see if this fades after 15 days as other users have found. Samples of other products would be appreciated.

The product as such is ingenious, but there is no need for all that packaging waste

Difficulty operating the bottle but otherwise very good

Order received the next day (even though I didn't set up expedited delivery). Great. Concerning the turmeric soap, I only use it 2 times a week. I haven't seen its effectiveness yet. And the peeling mask is very good. I'm used to using it.

I received the parcel, but the oxymineral purifying mask was all open, it had overflowed. I preferred to throw it away because even the plastic protection wasn't there.

Over €4 for such a small product.

I'm in the middle of a test right now and I don't have any opinion on the products yet. The delivery was followed by R.A.S. but a little extra gift in the order is always a pleasure and at pin-up there are none.

After a few uses, I find this new product nice, smells good and works well. The only drawback is that it melts too quickly if left in a damp place.

The Mother's Day offers were very interesting but it's a shame there was only one pin up secret pouch when I had ordered two packs.

Unfortunately, not all products are suitable for me. Oil-free hydrating cream, for example, dries out my skin, makes it very itchy and gives me a rash.

The quality of the goat's milk soap is top (this is my second one)! I have deducted one star because the delivery takes too long (almost 3 weeks)!

Delivery costs are still a bit high if you want it delivered to your home, and the choice of delivery point is not always respected, so it's sometimes difficult to pick up your order... Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about in terms of packaging, products and delivery times.
