Overall happy. I order often. I just have a problem with an oil-free cream that has a grainy appearance and the pump doesn't work well. Other than that, I'm delighted with my products.

I tolerate it super well, but the cream in the pump bottle was defective after a week and the cream was still almost full. I had to order a new one and hope the pump attachment lasts now for both tubes.

I am satisfied with the product. However, I have problems with the lid as it keeps popping up/down due to pressure.

I do not give five stars, because this time I am a bit disappointed with the order received as one item is missing and therefore to get it, I have to place a new order despite an effort from customer service of a 50% discount on my favorite product

Change the delivery person. They are changing the pickup point and it is towards shops that have few opening hours (10am-6pm) while the one that is chosen is precisely for its wider hours.

I can't get the cream out through the dosing cap due to the rigidity of the plastic bottle.

I have oily skin and the skin under my eyes is dry and irritated, I must say that since I started using Pinup Secret I have never seen my skin so beautiful and so soft. I recommend their product. Their product is divinely good.
