Very good product, very quickly stratified

Ordered a little longer than expected because of the strikes. I used the soap twice, the peeling once and the oil-free cream and the floral mist several times. As my skin is generally fragile, when I introduce a new product, I use it gradually. The soap I decided to use it once a week (on weekends) for the moment. The cream I alternate with 1 other but the mist smells so good that I can't help but put it on every morning. This routine satisfies me for the moment. I will see in the long run how my skin reacts. After that I'll be honest, I don't know if I will make another order because the products are expensive. Also, I was thinking of getting a brush to help me apply the soap because I couldn't find one on the website. But apparently, I must not be vip enough to have it. Anyway, I sincerely hope I wouldn't have a negative reaction like some reviews I read on other sites. For the moment, I have nothing to report. My spouse found my face a little softer than usual and the smell was pleasant.

During my order I received a product that I had not ordered instead of the one I wanted. After complaining to the customer service, the voucher was sent back to me. Good reactivity and speed of service.

In 2 weeks the products dried out my skin and made it red and flaky.

I have been a loyal customer for many years because the products are really high quality. But my last order at Pin Up secret disappointed me a lot, because I received only half of the products! On an order has 150Euros (except promotional code) I find totally scandalous. And the after sales service is almost inexistent. They answered me 4 days later, telling me that I had 24 hours after receipt of the package, to make a claim with photos. I was waiting for their answer for 4 days. Clever! Too bad that this happens too often...

this soap makes the skin very dry and makes boitons i don't recommend it! in addition it smells bad 🤮 very disappointed

I am starting to use your products, at first my skin was tight and stinging. Now my water is starting to get used to it, very good product

Apart from a tracking not up to date (maybe it comes from colissimo) everything arrived in good condition and the products are in conformity

Unfortunately, I have to throw away all the oil-free cream, despite the red spots and very dry skin. I am disappointed.

Very good product But quite expensive

Soap with goat milk and clarifying cream effective against imperfections and pimples, smells good. Good negative dry well moisturize after application.

Order not delivered to the right address very disappointed.

I had to pay more than 20.- in customs fees... which was not specified when I ordered. Next time I will buy a goat milk soap in Switzerland.

The pump bottle of my oil-free cream is defective... The cream does not come out and has a different texture.

The products are very good because I am used to order them so there is no doubt about it. However, the delivery is still to be desired. We had free delivery at home and the delivery man did not bother to call once we got there. He just said that we had not answered and I was at home. Result...I had to go to the post office to pick it up

Order received with 1 week delay. I am satisfied with the soap, it corresponds to my expectations. We'll have to see the effects on the long term.

It's been 1-2 years, unless I'm mistaken, that I order on pin-up secret, product level I am satisfied. But unfortunately I'm going to stop ordering from you because of the shipping costs that are added to me to get the package. They amount to 25 CHF, almost the price of the discount according to the code promos.... The products are very expensive
