Everything is great, but unfortunately the pump bottle of the cream doesn't work. This is the third time. What a pity.

Only the delivery with DPD is a disaster. For 4 days in a row they fail to deliver to the parcel shop, claiming they couldn't find me. Now it's not in my nearby shop but in some village 10 km away... great... As long as DPD is handling deliveries for them, I will not order again.

Fast shipping. Unfortunately, I could not tolerate the product and I have not received any feedback on my email to customer service so far.

The soaps smell quite pleasant. They have not been used yet, so there is no assessment on that. Unfortunately, the cosmetic bag and brush fell apart even before use.

I love pin-up soaps. I have been ordering for a while. However, this is the first time I received my soap broken. It doesn't hinder the use at all. But I had to throw away a lot...

I provided a delivery address and the package was dropped off at a DPD shop in another city. I am very satisfied with Pinup Secret, but you should change the delivery person.

Missing product in my order. It's been 1 week without day cream. My skin is dry. I am waiting for the receipt of the missing product. It's really annoying despite the promo code received to apologize.

I am usually very satisfied with the products, it has significantly reduced my imperfections, but with my last order I wanted to test the peeling and I had a severe allergic reaction, I am disappointed :(

Very fast delivery in 3 days I was delivered but the only downside is that I did not expect to pay additional fees at the post office for them to deliver my order

My chamomile cream is so thick that nothing comes out of the pump dispenser. My facial scrub is a solid lump.

The goat milk soap is great. I have been using it for at least 3 years. The turmeric one is the same, I have been using it for over a year and it is fantastic! However, the oil-free cream was a big disappointment. The smell is too strong for me and when I apply it, my eyes turn red (even though I obviously avoid the eye area).

I am satisfied with the soap. Unfortunately, the soap dish is not that good as it is open at the bottom. For traveling, the soap must always be dry; otherwise, the entire toiletry bag gets wet. An additionally closed coaster would be advantageous for transport.
