The soap is great, my skin feels good. It is versatile and even great for shaving in the shower. Suggestion for improvement: TRAVEL SIZE I would like a smaller size with a suitable soap case for traveling! I'm already considering cutting the soap to be able to take it small and safe on my many trips.

Products are great as always, the only downside is that the goods are not delivered to the front door and always have to be picked up at a station.

The products went to 50% off just after my order. I have been ordering for many years and never received any loyalty gesture.

The only downside is the delivery with a courier who doesn't come to your place at all and who apparently leaves the package wherever it suits him... for me, at the other end of the city

Always satisfied with the products of your brand. Unfortunately, I can only buy them during big promotions (1 purchased = 1 or 2 free).

Very happy with the purchase. Unfortunately, the delivery scheduled for Thursday was made today after Mother's Day, what a shame.

I have nothing negative to report, the soap and the Precieux cream are easy to use and are okay, but not as special as some influencers claim. 4 stars because I unfortunately cannot understand the hype. I have the impression that the products are as good as other creams or soaps too...

Shipping went smoothly, however, I unfortunately cannot tolerate the delivered cream "Creme Precieuse" at all with my sensitive, rosacea-prone skin. I have now definitively discontinued it after testing it for about three weeks. Too bad, I had hoped for more.

I am super happy with the soaps, but unfortunately they are a bit too expensive for me to buy regularly.

The products are fantastic. However, the packaging is sometimes misleadingly large and somewhat elaborate. I find this suboptimal in terms of sustainability.

I love the products and have my daily routine. However, the pump mechanism for the precious cream is getting worse and worse! With this order, it doesn't work at all - very frustrating!
