The mask burns my skin Like a huge sunburn
The container for the soap arrived broken, I have not received a response to my email regarding this yet.
Correct product but not as crazy as described in the promotion on the site or by influencers. Even more disappointed to see that it is not French.
Unfortunately, the delivery was not delivered to the parcel shop, but returned. I am withdrawing from the purchase.
The cloth is very absorbent. However, since it cannot be placed on the heater, it does not dry and is not usable the next day.
As for me, I received and tested my products and having big acne issues because my skin is fragile, I notice that the more I use them, the more I have burning sensations, tightness, and pimples on my face. So I will see if by the end of the week my skin gets better or if it's the opposite, I will send a message. But otherwise, the soap smells wonderfully good!
A promotional product was missing
I used the glow booster product, I had a huge allergic reaction and it was immediate, we are the day after using it and I am at my doctor to find out how to fix this
Unfortunately, I did not receive my order completely.
I can't get the cream out through the dosing cap due to the rigidity of the plastic bottle.

Received my goods/package but unfortunately 1 product was missing, namely the goat's milk soap! Email has been sent, but to this day no feedback! Waiting for a replacement or refund!

The interesting prices during the sales encouraged me to try. Fast delivery, however, I am not very excited about the products, the soaps are fine but the scent of the gentle exfoliating care smells very bad, I doubt I will use it again. Not having skin problems, I cannot judge the effectiveness, but I will not repurchase.
I was really looking forward to the delivery. But the package was only in the parcel station for one day. When I received the email, it was already too late and my package was gone. That is very, very unfortunate.

The delivery took a long time, the shipping was relatively expensive and then I had to pick up the delivery myself in a shop that was quite far away... Otherwise, the shipping would have become even more expensive.

Shipping with DPD is difficult, as a pickup from the external carrier was hardly possible. The carrier has a note on his door where he has adjusted the opening hours. They are reduced to a minimum, so there is hardly a chance to pick up your package.
The shipping costs are too high. 8€ for home delivery, otherwise 6€.
Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered an item that I had only looked at before. I wanted the other 2 items.
The products are good but every time wrong or not all products are delivered, then you have to contact them, there are repeated inquiries from customer service, so you repeatedly invest time and energy into their mistakes and there is no adequate compensation. An offer for a 20% voucher, which is only valid for 6 months and would only benefit the company, because I would then order products that I do not need. So the customer service and especially the packing of the packages is more than unsatisfactory!
