A shower gel was missing, which was charged but not delivered. I have already inquired through Klarna, but have received no response or reshipment.
The orange soap stains. My fingernails were yellowish afterwards. Even after washing again with soap. This should be mentioned, please. The other soap is great.
Complicated order
Unfortunately, the order was not delivered correctly. I had ordered three sets, but only three pieces of goat milk soap arrived. Then I wrote an email to complain about this, and I was asked to get back to them within 24 hours and provide photos. Thank God I still had them. Now I'm curious to see what comes of it when the delivery arrives, but the initial contact was not optimal.
I had ordered a set of soap and a soap dish, but instead of the soap dish, I received a brush. I reported the error to customer service. As compensation, I was offered either the resending of the soap dish or a 50% voucher – I chose the voucher. After I specified my desired product for the voucher, I was surprisingly informed that there would now only be a 40% discount. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response to my inquiry about why the voucher was suddenly reduced. Since there has been no response to my follow-up until today, I now apparently have no solution – neither soap dish nor voucher. The communication was friendly at first, but ultimately disappointing and unreliable. Three stars due to the customer service in the lack of feedback! The products are really great.
Delivery time is too long. Shipping costs for home deliveries are too expensive. The product is good.
The cream is great. Unfortunately, the pumps work very poorly. I won't be able to use most of the cream.

Unfortunately, my package was damaged during transport and a product is missing. I have now been instructed by customer service to wait, as you are in a legal dispute with the transport company. However, as a customer, I am not responsible for this and find it unacceptable that the missing product cannot simply be sent to me.
The website for package tracking to Austria is somewhat unclear and the shipping costs are very high, especially considering that it takes more than a week for delivery.
The order has arrived well, BUT on one hand I find the small selection of payment options not nice ... since I do not have PayPal or a credit card myself ... and on the other hand the high shipping costs.
If the goods would arrive, I could say more about it. I've been waiting for 2 weeks...
I do like the products, but the pump function of the day cream was defective. Very annoying for the price.

I am satisfied with my order, I was just a bit surprised by the smell of the goat milk soap, but I don't have enough experience yet to know if the products are effective.

I love the products and have my daily routine. However, the pump mechanism for the precious cream is getting worse and worse! With this order, it doesn't work at all - very frustrating!
It seems that I cannot tolerate the soap. I suddenly get pimples.
Not satisfied with the products
Unfortunately, the package was not delivered to my home but was dropped off at a parcel shop. Since I was sick, I only got to pick up the package three days later. However, it was no longer at the parcel shop and was sent back.
I am disappointed because I did not receive the right item. I ordered two soaps and received one soap and one hair mask. Otherwise, it was okay.

Product ok but not revolutionary
I am very happy with the products I have bought so far. However, with my last order I didn't like the smell of one product and wanted to send it back and I still haven't heard back.
The brand is great but I paid 52€ for my order and I had to pay 30€ in customs fees.
I had already tested the oil-free creams, which I support very well, and to my great surprise I got red patches all over my face. I don't know if the composition has changed, but I had an instant allergic reaction.
Very long delivery times
Unfortunately, the soap stings my eyes extremely, even without direct eye contact. My skin is also very blemished since I started using the product, I hope this is just an initial aggravation and will get better.
