The parcel arrived in a completely damaged package, the soap was totally deformed. As for the product itself, I have already observed a result after one use, it seems effective, to see on the long term.

My order arrived very quickly but the packaging inside was quite damaged. Fortunately the products were in good condition.

Very disappointed, order received and package refused. All the products had sunk, therefore unusable. I really need to use adapted containers, where the products are held and not put in bulk. I do not recommend.

2nd order, disappointing this time. Ordered validated and paid but nothing received after 15 days of waiting. I had to contact the customer service who informed me that the order had not been validated (although the corresponding amount had been debited from my account). I received my order in a parcel relay. I was expecting a small gift because of the problem encountered... but not even that!

I received my package but with some products missing and one product not ordered. Error of the services of Pin Up Secret. Instead of sending me back the missing products, Pin Up Secret gives me a promo code at -50% to buy back the missing products under the pretext that I keep the extra product delivered by (their) mistake! I find this rather un-commercial and does not encourage me to place new orders with them when I had already placed many orders.

I love the oil free cream as a product but I don't like your name (asshole) your designs (the new one is so boring) and finally, the worst: your packaging! the old glass one was impossible to finish and this one is the same except that you can't see anything... at the exorbitant price of the products we would like not to lose a drop. Hopefully these reviews are not just marketing and serve a purpose.

Chaotic delivery, tracking of the delivery leaving something to be desired and I had to look for where my package was delivered when it was scheduled for home delivery. However, the item is as described and more than well packaged (even too much).

Very good product but delivery problem, I ordered a box for Mother's Day, I received it 15 days later because there was a bug in the registration of my order, I was charged the amount 48 hours later, while my order has never been registered and therefore not prepared or shipped. Difficult to reach the sav (1 week). Very fast on the other hand once the problem taken into account.
For sensitive skin the mask heats the skin not great and only 1 cleaning per day or every 2 days is enough otherwise dry skin

Order not validated at the beginning while payment ticket received by mail. Problem quickly solved. The soap is great and smells very good but the scrub doesn't smell like a toxic chemical smell of wall paint.

Fast and efficient order ! Mixed opinion on the products, I only recommend the soap (the oil-free cream and a mask ordered previously are very badly rated on Yuka: endocrine disruptors and even carcinogenic potential ..... pity!)
