I bought the 2 soaps, the exfoliant and the cream and my skin has bumps and is red. Very disappointed given the promises and the price.

I am disappointed with the products! And on top of that, the same thing was put twice on one product, I would not recommend!

The delivery took a long time, the shipping was relatively expensive and then I had to pick up the delivery myself in a shop that was quite far away... Otherwise, the shipping would have become even more expensive.

Product super. Delivery not as desired and expected. Despite the surcharge for delivery to the home address, the package was delivered to a parcel shop. Very annoying.

Shipping with DPD is difficult, as a pickup from the external carrier was hardly possible. The carrier has a note on his door where he has adjusted the opening hours. They are reduced to a minimum, so there is hardly a chance to pick up your package.

The shipping costs are too high. 8€ for home delivery, otherwise 6€.

Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered an item that I had only looked at before. I wanted the other 2 items.

The products are good but every time wrong or not all products are delivered, then you have to contact them, there are repeated inquiries from customer service, so you repeatedly invest time and energy into their mistakes and there is no adequate compensation. An offer for a 20% voucher, which is only valid for 6 months and would only benefit the company, because I would then order products that I do not need. So the customer service and especially the packing of the packages is more than unsatisfactory!

Unfortunately, my order has not arrived and PinUp is showing little cooperation in processing the order or resending it. Therefore, I am still waiting for my money. Very unfortunate, with the feeling of leaving the customer alone.

Unfortunately very unsuitable for my skin. The soap smells very good and spreads well. Unfortunately, it is not usable for my skin type.

The packaging looks significantly larger. This leads to a bit of disappointment due to a very small product quantity. However, I can't say yet how efficient and long-lasting the product is.

The site is great but the products do not suit me

The soaps smell quite pleasant. They have not been used yet, so there is no assessment on that. Unfortunately, the cosmetic bag and brush fell apart even before use.

Missing product in my order. It's been 1 week without day cream. My skin is dry. I am waiting for the receipt of the missing product. It's really annoying despite the promo code received to apologize.

I am usually very satisfied with the products, it has significantly reduced my imperfections, but with my last order I wanted to test the peeling and I had a severe allergic reaction, I am disappointed 🙁

The Eden Garden mist contains phenoxyethanol; too bad because the mist really gives a feeling of freshness after application. The goat milk soap should be used with caution for sensitive skin, not every day. The oil-free cream is greasy upon application, its texture lacks lightness. Otherwise, the packaging is pretty.

My chamomile cream is so thick that nothing comes out of the pump dispenser. My facial scrub is a solid lump.

Delivery is only available in selected stores. The package has now been returned. I request a refund of the costs

I think it's not suitable for the issue of hormonal acne, the soap is still great but I tried the creams and scrub, I'm not a fan
