I have not received my order even though it says delivered on my tracking. I made a complaint and sent all the documents they asked me for, and I still have no response to this day.

I am not getting the right item sent for the 3rd time! & I hope for a complaint otherwise I have to initiate others, this can't be!

On the delivery day I was at home, when I opened the door there was no one there, now the package cannot be picked up at the post office because no QR code was delivered.

The goods never arrived. Was dropped off at the DPD Pickup Store. When I wanted to pick up the goods there, they were not there.

Unfortunately, no package arrived...after 16 days...no information either...one has to investigate oneself. I've already heard from several that there are always problems with shipping and that customer service does not care. I want my money back as soon as possible.

The package was not delivered to me, supposedly because I was not home, so it was sent back. Until now, I have not received a new delivery or a refund, which I find very unfortunate.

The delivery service is a disaster!!! You should hire another company as soon as possible. I am certainly not the only one complaining about this. However, I am very satisfied with the products. It's a shame that the delivery damages that.

Today I received a bill from Swiss customs and I had to pay an additional 21.20 CHF. There was no indication of this on the Pinup Secret website.

I sent an email 3 days ago that I cannot tolerate the soap I ordered ... no feedback until now

The products are well compliant, even if some textures have changed a bit, they remain just as effective! However, I have a problem with the oil-free cream: it does not flow when I press the cap designed for that purpose. After contacting customer service, I was told that it was 'normal', that I had to press for 2 to 3 minutes or run it under water for that long each time I use it. Honestly, I don't know who has the time to do that morning and night, but that's not me! Products: OK. Customer service: catastrophic, impossible to communicate with them. Too bad, I will not recommend anymore even though I have been a customer since 2020

Stolen or lost package and zero solution from customer service. Thieves. Move along, brand to avoid.

Unfortunately, I can't stand it at all. I get painful X-rays.

To tell you the truth, I wanted to change my hair routine, I treated myself to the hair set with all the products and I am extremely disappointed. It broke my hair and dried it out. By the end of the complete routine with the products, my hair is all straw-like and dry. Never again.

Terrible customer service. I contacted them over a month ago and I have never received a response regarding my billing issue. I find that deplorable.
