Very drying product after only 3 days of use according to the instructions, dry patches and pimples, even though I have acne-prone skin.

Customer service not very top! I received a broken brush even with a picture of the brush and they didn't even send me one back.

I did not receive the package, I am still not refunded. One month to get a refund is a long time. I ordered because I had no more and finally I ordered elsewhere... it's a mistake of the post office but I would have liked to receive another product or to be refunded quickly to recommend

Very disappointed! So much publicity for this miraculous soap... Perfect for acne! And I have never had so many pimples as when I used this product !!!! Huge pimples appeared from the 2nd day of use .... I still persevered! But it never got better! It only stopped when I didn't use the product anymore!!!! What a shame to be so disappointed at this price

When I ordered, I asked for delivery to my home and it was delivered in a relay point! Not serious!

I am very disappointed because I thought I would receive my package in 2 weeks and colissimo made me understand that I have it in 60 days! I hope that soon you will have the deliveries with CHRONO POSTE because there it is not possible....in the meantime I had to buy other products for more than 100 euros while waiting to receive yours....

Very disappointed with the goat milk soap, I do not recommend its use for those who have sensitive skin or psoriasis. The use of the soap literally burned my skin and worsened my psoriasis. 20€ in the trash. I do not recommend it.

I have been an unconditional customer for several years of pin-up secret products and I am very disappointed because during my last order they maintain that I ordered the peeling while I had ordered the precious cream. I understood that there was a problem of out of stock and that they do not assume their errors without a gesture from them I would not order anything more.

Very fast delivery. Product conforms to the description. Good smell. Disadvantage: areas of red pimples that appeared on the face after a few days... Probably an allergic reaction to the soap. So I stopped using it.

Package arrived soaked. Lotion not screwed on and therefore empty!!! Impossible to find an agreement with Pin Up Secret ... at the price of the lotion very disappointed
