Order arrived late and delivery problem

I tried the product for about 10 days. I had more pimples than usual, then the soap and the cream left my skin very dry and full of white residue on my face. So the products are not great honestly.

I ordered and paid for 2 products and only received one!

No link to cancel or get a proper refund

Very good product

My product was broken and was yellow I had to clean everything and remove some of the cream

There are missing articles and still not taken into account!

Very drying product after only 3 days of use according to the instructions, dry patches and pimples, even though I have acne-prone skin.

Customer service not very top! I received a broken brush even with a picture of the brush and they didn't even send me one back.

Very disappointed! So much publicity for this miraculous soap... Perfect for acne! And I have never had so many pimples as when I used this product !!!! Huge pimples appeared from the 2nd day of use .... I still persevered! But it never got better! It only stopped when I didn't use the product anymore!!!! What a shame to be so disappointed at this price

When I ordered, I asked for delivery to my home and it was delivered in a relay point! Not serious!

I was very unhappy with the delivery which was declared delivered except that the relay for the package no longer exists so the procedure is underway I paid and I do not have my package!
