My oil-free cream is not liquid and is unusable 😅

I did not receive my order in full, some products are missing and the worst thing is that I am asked to place a new order in order to receive what is missing in addition to a new purchase.

The scent is very pleasant, but the soap dries out my face.

Soap is too dry and stings the eyes

Delivery with DPD was a disaster.

I am half satisfied with my purchase...... I was able to take back my pin up secret soap which is top and the radiance booster soap 😊✨️ On the other hand I was enthusiastic about staying there cream without oil but the pump doesn't work....devoir deviser and take the cream with the stem 🙁😟 Would you have a solution? All in all I really like the brand and the products are topissimes

The product is good, but the ordering process is really poor. The fact that nowadays the password used is sent unencrypted by e-mail is grossly negligent and should be punished!!!

I chose so because if I remember (had several orders) the tracking was not so the burner but it was in the delivery time 🙂 so far I could not use the soap yet must still wait

Extremely long delivery time

The products themselves really great, I had applied a discount code in the shopping cart but then supposedly was no longer valid ... Funny that you could still use it though...it annoyed me a bit

Delivery takes too long and I received the wrong product

The order took a little longer, but that was probably because I ordered just before New Year's Eve. That's why I didn't find the slightly longer delivery time quite so bad. What does bother me, however, is that you can only order the parcel to a DPD pick-up store and not directly to your home. I don't think that's appropriate in the year 2024.

I like buying the goat's milk soap but DPD may not be the best choice for delivery. I ordered before Christmas and my parcel has been at my local parcel delivery center for almost a week

I have ordered many times and am satisfied with the product itself. But it was advertised that if you order, you get the same product again for free. So I ordered at the regular price but only received one product. It's a shame that something is advertised and then not fulfilled. Unfortunately, I feel a bit cheated.

What I ordered arrived. It wasn't quick, but I don't think that's important. You could make users aware of the fragrance of these products! Personally, I don't find it appealing. Otherwise, the products do what they are supposed to do very well!

The product is top - unfortunately a delivery time of up to 3 weeks. 🙄

Had extremely painful skin afterwards, severe redness and dry patches

The delivery with dpd is the biggest crap and that you can only have it delivered to your home for more shipping costs is also crap ... the delivery place I chose just gave my package back to dpd and now it is in the stars whether I will get my soap or not.

A delivery time of 3 weeks for a bar of soap is quite long

Unfortunately too high shipping costs, only cheaper to pick up in the store! Quite unfavorable!

Instead of delivery within 48 hours, I waited two weeks for it. The result of the skin is still pending. But I am already very excited.

Shipping takes mega long and totally inconvenient to have it sent to your home

I can't really rate the product yet. I've been using it for three days now but there's no difference yet. The delivery, however, was a disaster. First it could not be "delivered" and then after four days it was simply stuffed into the letterbox. And then it was left hanging halfway out of the letterbox so that anyone could have taken it

The product, the facial soap is great but the shipping takes way too long and then you have to pick up the package from a packing station. I wish Secret would think about something else. I waited 4 weeks for my order!!!

I placed my order on 26.11.2024 and unfortunately have still not received it.

Due to an error at Pin Up Secret, the delivery address was not transferred correctly and the parcel did not arrive. After lengthy contact, it took more than five weeks for my order to finally arrive. The communication was not good, standardized and without an apology.

Disappointed to have contacted the customer service for a defect on a product and I was not solved.

Products take a long time to be sent and you don't receive an e-mail for a long time, so you wonder whether the order has been validated or not

Extremely long delivery times (1 month) and no protective packaging for the products in the box!

The products are top-notch, apart from the peeling, which is a partly used product. What's more, the packaging is not in French. C'est dommage.

No tracking on the shipment, just the mention "pre-order. 3 weeks to get my parcel and a small explanatory card for my products in the parcel would be great. I don't know if I'll order again er tell my friends about it

I did not receive my parcel and I have requested a refund as soon as possible.
