The goods and deliveries were fine. However, the purchase on account via Klarna has not worked since then. It was therefore unfortunately not possible to reorder on account, which really annoyed me.
Cosmetics may only be returned at your own expense if they have not been opened. No return in case of incompatibility. Too bad. Otherwise, the soap is really great.
First time ordering something here and unfortunately nothing arrived. At least the contact to support was there.

I received my order with a faulty product (no labelling, black dots in the cap and the product had leaked during transport, with photo). I asked for an exchange and was told that I could still use the product (which I obviously wouldn't). I'm still giving it 2 stars because I'm satisfied with the rest of the order.
Cleanses well, doesn't tighten the skin after rinsing. However, I can't see any improvement in my acne at the moment, and I've been using it for over a week.
3 stars: both soaps are nice but the brush is of poor quality, I opened it and all the pils fall out.

The skin feels clean and purified. Unfortunately, I got a lot of pimples after using it, especially on my décolleté. I hope this will improve. I bought it primarily for this 🙈
Small problem with delivery: my parcel was moved to a relay point 1 hour from my home and it was impossible to contact Chronopost so that they could bring the parcel back to the original relay point. But otherwise, the products are great, and I've ordered them several times now.
I did not receive the entire order. (Offer of the two-phase secret that was indicated) Customer service didn't want to know anything.
I was dissatisfied because I was 100% sure that I had entered my billing address as the delivery address, but instead my goods were sent to a DPD PackShop, which was also not around the corner. They couldn't redirect it either. Very annoying.
Delivery time far too long. It was supposed to arrive within 5 working days, but it only arrived after 2 weeks.
I haven't been testing the products for long but they are very pleasant. Unfortunately the shipping was a disaster! I will never order anything there again, I paid extra to have my package delivered directly to my home, of course this didn't happen!!!! Money is gone and I was able to pick up the package kilometers away from a store. I have also written to customer service and have not yet received an answer. Very annoying!

The package arrived late
No I am not satisfied, I did not receive my package.
The plus: the soap is top-notch, and the biphase make-up remover offered as a gift is great. Minus: I'm not crazy about the cream, as I have very dry skin, I find it doesn't moisturize enough, leaves a clumpy feeling on the skin and I'm not a fan of the smell.
I received it and used it as I should, but it didn't do anything for me.
The packaging for oil-free cream needs to be rethought, as it's a real loss for the customer. Think about a "jar" format.
Delivery was simply made to a pick-up store, although payment was made for doorstep delivery. There was no response to an email.
I started 3 weeks ago, no difference and I'm losing as much hair. Oil in your ingredients too.

So shipping was super fast, but unfortunately my skin isn't any better afterwards. That's a shame really. But maybe just not suitable for me
I am still very satisfied with the products. But I won't order again because I had to pay customs duties of 24.50 € which is a bit expensive, I know that this is not your fault.
Parcel received a few weeks ago and I wrote to the brand to adapt their products to my routine, on Instagram: no response. I hope the quality of the products will be better than the customer service.
Order placed, fast delivery except that one item was missing. To receive my article (in a concern of ecology) they propose me -50% on a product and I will receive the missing one at the same time. I refused, forcing and 0 gesture with the sending of the missing product and I had to pay postage on top! Very disappointed for a first purchase. I don't think I'd recommend
Order received almost on time ... Unfortunately, I could not discover my products until I returned from vacation ... The products are not adapted to my morphology and I wish to return them 😏

Unfortunately, the product did not arrive intact and I could not have it delivered to my home, but had to collect my order from a packing station.
Disappointed with the quantity of product now remains to be seen if it works well
