Delivery not made at home as indicated but in a relay point located 40min away! Impossible to pick it up due to the reduced track hours (9h-12h) ???

Disappointed with the product, it does not work as product placement would lead you to believe.

Forced to claim my order that didn't arrive! Still not received by this date !

Several orders made so far rather satisfied. Last order recently or an error was made on one of the products. I received a product with an apple scent even though I had ordered the coconut scent. So I contact the customer service who offers me to return the item and send me the voucher or a 50% discount on the product in question. Either take steps on my side or pay again to have the product originally ordered. In view of the unprofessional answers from the customer service my order will be the last one. With all the orders made for several months a simple return of product would have been more appreciated.

I still haven't received my product when I was supposed to receive it the next day.

No tracking, I make a claim following my package, I have for answer the information known by the colissimo tracking.

Well actually I must have an allergy to some products!!!?????when I use the products my face is all red like a mask!!!! I'm disgusted ????

My opinion is very bad I do not talk about the product since I still have not tested it since I still have not received it! I ordered on pin up secret after seeing the ads of all the reality TV stars, the shipping was very fast however they sent my product in another relay point than the one I had initially requested. So I couldn't pick up the package due to my schedule and the relay point's schedule, so the package was returned to them and now they are asking me to wait two weeks to see what they will do to solve the problem! This is nonsense they have my money and the product! Every time I try to find out if they've found a solution they always send me the same email already prepared. For me the solution is simple: either you refund me or send the product back to the address I asked for when I placed my order! A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE for me and even if they send me back the product and it works I would never recommend them!!!

I like the products very much but the after-sales service leaves to be desired no sympathy no listening no help

I have never received my package I had to make a declaration on my honour I have had little response from the company. Order made in November 2018 and we are on 16/05 2019... it's still exceptional. No one apologizes for the situation... they must be really overwhelmed.

The package was received outside the deadlines, the order date was changed on the delivery note to return within the time indicated on the site. The packaging was damaged, one was even completely torn! In addition, one of the products being in pump format, it does not work. I'm really disappointed, I was expecting a lot better given the comments

Really deplorable. I ordered a soap to be delivered to a Spar with flexible hours. You sent that package to the post office or I can never be available to pick it up. Then I'll never get it! Truly inadmissible, and I'm not the first person to have that happen.

To advise against I paid an arm to leave them aside a very very dry skin with the soap and no difference at all

I received my broken cream and threw it away without a fight because it was everywhere and they didn't want to pay me back so I'm very disappointed because I couldn't benefit from the effects of the cream.

I ordered the soap I used it as a mask and properly it made me big red patches all over my face and my skin was pulling me. I gave it to a girlfriend with stronger skin than mine and it pulled it off her and made her patches I don't recommend it at all.

From the goat's milk soap I've had a lot of pimples on my forehead, I wouldn't recommend it.

Very disappointed, package arrived intact but one of the products or the inner box is torn off as if it had already been removed from its packaging and used . After-sales service bogus answer to my mail and ignore my second one. Unacceptable in view of the price of the purchased product
