Good reception of ordered products
I took the soap, the day cream and the cleansing milk. The mouse soap washes the face well, but I don't like the smell at all. The day cream moisturizes well, but I also don't like the smell at all, and I don't know if I'm going to finish it.
The soap is great but the cream doesn't moisturize my face enough in the morning and neither does the oil, which is a shame because the oil smells really good. The peeling ok
Order has not yet arrived or has apparently been lost
I have a real physical mailing address that all parcel services know, but not Pinup Secret's shipping department. So I can't place >orders to my address and have to find another address from friends. Furthermore, I cannot reset my password. It does ask for the registered email address for a password reset link. But there is definitely no email with the reset link.
Products were missing from my order, although there was a written apology, this was not necessarily customer-friendly.

The lid of the Crème sans Huile always pops open. For 29 euros without a code, this should be solved a little better. The feeling on the skin after use is also not what I expected. The goat's milk soap is super pleasant and very economical.

My peeling gel is lumpy and crumbly. I rather suspect that it was expired. It's a shame that these are not inexpensive products.
Delivery via GLS was unsatisfactory
It may work for some, but for me the goat's milk soap is far too drying (despite having oily/mixed skin). It destroyed my skin barrier a little, even though I diligently applied the matching cream (Creme Sans Huile) afterwards. The cream also rolled off if I didn't want to use it on its own (without any other potential cream or serum). But what is great is the scent of the products.
Product is great - but poor customer service
The product arrived and was as expected. However, the entire exchange of information after the order was only in French, so I couldn't understand anything without an additional translator. If the ordering process works in German or English, it would also make sense to send further emails in these languages.
Parcel received very quickly, excellent product
The lids of the Creme Sans Huile bottles cannot be closed properly on any flat surface. They keep going up so that the lid only sits on top each time. This is particularly inconvenient when you are out and about and have the cream in your bag, as the lid then falls off every time and the bottle lies open in the bag. However, the product itself is highly recommended.
Unfortunately, one product was missing and I couldn't reach anyone by phone.
I am generally satisfied, great products! I've been ordering for a long time. One product was missing from a delivery and I didn't get a replacement. Instead, I had to "prove" in a complicated way that something was missing. As if I was missing a foot cream...
Not for me. My skin couldn't cope with it.
Too bad there's no support for putting soap on it ... it stings the eyes ... there's better goat's milk soap.
I find that the storage boxes for the teint précieux soap are not at all practical. I'm disappointed, I expected better.

Order not in conformity with what I validated
I ordered the soap with its box and I only received the brain and instead of sending it back to me I was given a promo code. I find this disappointing: you pay for something you don't receive.
Order received promptly but one item was missing from my parcel. And out of concern for the environment, I could pick up this item free of charge by reordering. I think this is a bit unfair... because I paid 83.33€ for this order and, conversely, if I only paid half price for an order received, I'm not sure the company would like that. In short, disappointed 🙁

I ordered a soap box and did not receive it.
I've noticed that the goat's milk soap product has much less milk than the first purchase and I'm very disappointed. Yet I bought this soap again without finishing the first one and comparing them.

Parcel received quickly, products always at the top except that I ordered 2 soaps, I received only one, I made the dispute, sent photos and videos and I have no more news, disappointed with the SAV.
The oil-free cream is really good, but the glass bottle is not ideal. There's a lot of cream left in the bottle. The angles inside the bottle should be rounded to make it easier to extract the cream and reduce waste. Several cartons of the oil-free cream were damaged, which is inconvenient if you want to give them as gifts. But the products are great.
The box is pretty, I haven't tested the product yet but the parcel arrived very late and I didn't even receive an apology I think that's the least I can do.
I had allergies because of the soap so I stopped using it but the rest I would see with time.
