A missing product and still no news

Parcel received quickly, products always at the top except that I ordered 2 soaps, I received only one, I made the dispute, sent photos and videos and I have no more news, disappointed with the SAV.

The oil-free cream is really good, but the glass bottle is not ideal. There's a lot of cream left in the bottle. The angles inside the bottle should be rounded to make it easier to extract the cream and reduce waste. Several cartons of the oil-free cream were damaged, which is inconvenient if you want to give them as gifts. But the products are great.

The box is pretty, I haven't tested the product yet but the parcel arrived very late and I didn't even receive an apology I think that's the least I can do.

I had allergies because of the soap so I stopped using it but the rest I would see with time.

I paid the shipping costs to have my order in 48h and I received it more than 10 days later. Disappointed by this service m1is very good product.

Unfortunately I did not receive my complete order.

Defective packaging affected product

Having tested the peel several times, I'd like to give my opinion on this one. I'm disappointed because this "gel" is nothing like a scrub. You can see lumps appearing that look like dead skin, but it's not dead skin at all, it's just a component that changes texture on contact with the skin and heat. I won't be buying this product again.

I was missing an item in my package and had to go through a lot of hoops to get my missing item. This was a really bad experience for me. I do not recommend the pin-up secret website.

I have not yet received my delivery

They forgot the soap box in my parcel ... and they didn't send it back.

My order arrived with two products missing - an error on the part of pin-up secret and no commercial gesture.

Delivery is fast, but my parcel was not delivered to the right letterbox. It is unpleasant to waste time going around the neighborhood to find your package. I was satisfied with the products.

Good products but a soap box was missing. I received one of the 2 I ordered. Would it be possible to send me one. Thank you very much.

I have not received my parcel

I've been using the soap for almost 3 months now and unfortunately I haven't seen much of a change. At first, the soap made all my pimples stand out 😶

I was surprised by the package. A simple cardboard envelope with the product inside, not 1 wrapping paper, not 1 bubble, not 1 card or even an invoice. It's a dry product. With all the advertising about the brand, I was expecting something more polished. That said, I'm satisfied with the product. The first tests are cool.

I only received the oil-free cream

I still haven't received my cash back because it hasn't yet been validated by the brand...

This product was forgotten in my previous order

I find that the composition of some products has changed: soap, peeling especially!

Product error

I am very satisfied with my products except for the purifying mask where the 1st receipt was open. Despite a 2nd shipment to replace it, this one is also open... I'm quite disappointed in the sense that I wasn't able to test it. It's a shame to lose stars for that.

It's a pity that the products arrived without packaging or a box, knowing that it was a lot and above all a gift.

I tried to make a mask with the soap, it stung my skin and the creams are not nourishing enough for my skin.

I still haven't seen any difference, the precious cream doesn't moisturize at all, but I did like the peel.

Soap that smells very good. But does nothing for my skin problems (acne).

The lady I spoke to on the phone was unpleasant. You have to change jobs if you don't want to talk to people. As for the products, I wait until I receive them to use them.
