Unfortunately, my order never arrived and was not deposited in the drop-off store. I would still like to have the goat's milk soap that I ordered twice. The rating only applies to the shipping as the product never arrived.

Due to the delay, I also somehow no longer have the gift (SECRET BOOSTER D'ECLAT), which was unfortunately simply missing. Absolutely poor customer service. Friendly but only accommodating after discussion (although the fault lay with PinUp Secret . Too bad, I have liked the soap very much for a long time .
I have overly sensitive skin and the pin up products dried out my face even more, pulling at my skin and causing an allergic reaction with pimples, whereas my skin is normally smooth and soft, just a little dry on rare occasions.

I've been using Pin un Secret for many months now and I'm very satisfied. I recommend +++ I'm 56 and the products (soap, scrub, etc.) meet my expectations.

I am very disappointed my parcel did not contain all the product commender and I could not make anything hear with your mark I will not recommend because I estimate that me disappointed customer and swindled I could at least claim with a gesture or a refunding or the sending of the missing product (creme without oil and the rose mist) here thus not satisfied at all!
