I was on vacation and couldn't pick up the package in time, so it was returned. What about the money, when can I expect to receive information?

I cannot judge the article, I did not receive it, because of the delivery service which says stre presented whereas I was there, then so-called 2nd passage Idem and I found a receipt telling me to present me to recover the parcel except that I left on vacations. I sent my daughter to pick it up with photo ID on her phone, and they refused. By the time I get home I don't know if my package will still be there because there is a delay, big disappointment for a 1st order, I so wanted to try the product on my vacation but too bad! So disappointing experience.
I ordered two goat's milk soaps. Only one soap was in the package. I have not yet received a reply from customer service. The soap has also not been redelivered. This is not acceptable, especially as the soaps are expensive. I hope that someone will get in touch with me!!!!!!

I tested the peeling cream on my face and those of my 2 teenagers... no effect. Just a viscous cream and it's all useless.

I went to my bookseller and the package is gone. Can you please send it back? I was not told at the outset that my parcel was there, even though I had given my contact details. I usually receive an e-mail with a parcel number.
No order confirmation, no delivery or shipping confirmation, this query is the first email I receive, unfortunately. Due to the delay, I also somehow no longer have the gift (SECRET BOOSTER D'ECLAT), which was unfortunately simply missing. I think the soap is really great, but the whole process was very chaotic and confusing.
