I have not received my parcel

I've been using the soap for almost 3 months now and unfortunately I haven't seen much of a change. At first, the soap made all my pimples stand out 😶

I was surprised by the package. A simple cardboard envelope with the product inside, not 1 wrapping paper, not 1 bubble, not 1 card or even an invoice. It's a dry product. With all the advertising about the brand, I was expecting something more polished. That said, I'm satisfied with the product. The first tests are cool.

I only received the oil-free cream

I still haven't received my cash back because it hasn't yet been validated by the brand...

This product was forgotten in my previous order

I find that the composition of some products has changed: soap, peeling especially!

Product error

I am very satisfied with my products except for the purifying mask where the 1st receipt was open. Despite a 2nd shipment to replace it, this one is also open... I'm quite disappointed in the sense that I wasn't able to test it. It's a shame to lose stars for that.

It's a pity that the products arrived without packaging or a box, knowing that it was a lot and above all a gift.

I tried to make a mask with the soap, it stung my skin and the creams are not nourishing enough for my skin.

I still haven't seen any difference, the precious cream doesn't moisturize at all, but I did like the peel.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was unpleasant. You have to change jobs if you don't want to talk to people. As for the products, I wait until I receive them to use them.

Order received almost 15 days after ordering on the site...too bad.

Top product, but delivery leaves something to be desired ... cardboard box damaged on receipt, fortunately there was a label stuck "fragile" on it. Too bad, thanks colissimo ...

Nothing to report about the product and pin up secret but the carrier is to be avoided! I received emails from the fraudulent carrier indicating that the relay for my parcel had been changed... I went twice... nothing! In the end I went to the original delivery address and there was my parcel! A bitter delivery experience. But the product is great!

I received my order more than a week later when it was supposed to be in 48h. Well, it's the first time it's happened.

The cream had its tablet broken, so it was open! I was very disappointed, but I kept it anyway, disappointed at the lack of attention. Feedback from a customer who tested it? not you, the product is brand new and therefore never opened, otherwise it would be sent as a sample, wouldn't it? The parcel delivered by shop to shop arrived 20km from my home, the relay was not respected.

Good product. But too bad 1 product out of 3 was forgotten, I had to wait for it to be sent to me 1 week later.

I'm very happy with your product and I recommend that people around me use it too, but I'm not happy with the delivery because every time your delivery service doesn't ring (dpd) and I have to go somewhere to pick up the product.
