Order received almost 15 days after ordering on the site...too bad.

Top product, but delivery leaves something to be desired ... cardboard box damaged on receipt, fortunately there was a label stuck "fragile" on it. Too bad, thanks colissimo ...

Nothing to report about the product and pin up secret but the carrier is to be avoided! I received emails from the fraudulent carrier indicating that the relay for my parcel had been changed... I went twice... nothing! In the end I went to the original delivery address and there was my parcel! A bitter delivery experience. But the product is great!

I received my order more than a week later when it was supposed to be in 48h. Well, it's the first time it's happened.

The cream had its tablet broken, so it was open! I was very disappointed, but I kept it anyway, disappointed at the lack of attention. Feedback from a customer who tested it? not you, the product is brand new and therefore never opened, otherwise it would be sent as a sample, wouldn't it? The parcel delivered by shop to shop arrived 20km from my home, the relay was not respected.

The products are good but the kit is missing. We have made a complaint but nothing so far.

I am disappointed, following an error of their not concerning sendings of product, I find myself without my care and without answer of their share malrgrer but revival .....

Good product. But too bad 1 product out of 3 was forgotten, I had to wait for it to be sent to me 1 week later.

I'm very happy with your product and I recommend that people around me use it too, but I'm not happy with the delivery because every time your delivery service doesn't ring (dpd) and I have to go somewhere to pick up the product.

Didn't receive the product ordered but parcel sent quickly and very well packaged.

After using the product I noticed the appearance of numerous pimples on my face.

The product gave me pimples

I had a lot of pimples and itching....

I've ordered several products, and I've just tested the peeling gel from the old range. I was surprised to find that it was difficult to apply because the texture of the gel is no longer fluid but compact, and it's full of kennels that make it impossible to massage.

My order was incomplete

The soap delivered to me has a large black mark on the surface and inside.

This week I ordered the face soap that I've been paying for for 1 year, unfortunately I've noticed that the quality is different from other times. It breaks by itself, not solid at all. I don't know what it could be due to!

The oil from the scrub box was in the entire transport bag.

I ordered a set of 2 soaps and 1 brush. The brush was not delivered.

I wouldn't say it's made any difference to my skin. A simple 4 Euro soap does the same job.

Paying shipping costs to be delivered, every day delivery postponed and not at all at the selected relay point.

I finally received my order after sending it back, but they still didn't ask me for authentication or a signature. Anyone could have taken it.

Soap dries out my skin too much.

I haven't applied the treatment for a long time yet. I can't give a credible opinion from the first week onwards, so I'll have to assess whether or not it's effective after 3 months of use.

Super product I am delighted

For this order, I was expecting the same size soaps as my previous orders... The quantities were indeed reduced, but the price remained the same. It's a shame... The soap remains of high quality.

I am disappointed by the delivery which was late and not at the requested relay point, it's a shame.
