Wonderful site but lacks recipes for using the products themselves. Truffle paste: how best to use it, with cream, with nothing, with oil. I used it with pasta but was disappointed because it was too pasty. It's a pity, because the product itself is excellent, but there's no information on how to make the most of it.

TB except - and I've already said this - for choosing Chronopost for an urgent order, because they can't find a point of sale nearby! Only one for the whole of Montpellier, which closes between noon and two; and they're incapable of scheduling a second delivery within half a day. In short, Chronopost is useless if you're not stuck at home all day, which is a shame. The product is excellent and the packaging was perfect.
