I am very disappointed with the quality. The photo is poorly cropped and as a result, the girl ends up with a crooked face on some pages of the book. I sent an email upon receipt but I have had no response!!! At the price of the book, this is unacceptable. I don't understand why they don't ask for validation before production... Or maybe those who validate are blind!!!

Very disappointed with this order. On one hand, customer service does not respond clearly to inquiries, especially regarding the preview. And the final product is of absolute worthlessness, poverty of dialogues, images, and story. For a book about space, there isn't even the solar system... very little personalization. So ashamed to give this to a 9-year-old girl that I threw it away. Fortunately, I had ordered early enough and was able to order a book from https://www.creermonlivre.com/super-hros-bd-personnalise.....much better!

The quality is not the same as during my first order. Extremely disappointed with these items especially given the amount paid with the exorbitant shipping costs. There is no possibility of delivery to a pickup point which is a shame.

Nice witch story, harmonious photo embedding and good quality glossy cardboard paper (thick enough to facilitate handling and durability). However, the cover is as thick as the pages and this complicates holding it in the hands of a 4-year-old child. The spiral binding is not suitable for pages that can be torn out. Finally, customer service is slow. Don't waste your time trying to speed up your transfer by paying extra fees (everything is manually verified), nor trying to speed up your delivery because even paying more, it takes over a week to arrive! In short, mixed feelings about the experience...

I am disappointed because it is indicated on the site that the drawing will be adapted according to the child's hair color. The little girl for whom I made it is dark brown, and ends up blonde/white in the book. For the rest, the book seems to be of good quality but I hesitate to give it because it is not resembling

I ordered a stuffed animal with the name embroidered on it and I received the right stuffed animal but the name was embroidered not on the stuffed animal just on a white fabric to be added. In the ad or photo, you see the stuffed animal with the name embroidered on it but the actual result is not the same a bit disappointed
