The description of personalized products on the website is limited and confusing. It would be wise to write in black and white which style of typography is used for which model. You could even add photos to match. I was expecting to be shown the finished model for validation before printing. I'm very disappointed with the final result and the customer service / after-sales service is very poor.

Very happy with my purchase, the sets are beautiful and of good quality. Delivery was very fast and my son was able to have the gift for Christmas. The parcel was very well packed. I really like your site and your professionalism. I will not hesitate to recommend you and will be pleased to do so.

Overall a good experience. Despite a slight delay of one day. And damaged cardboard. Perhaps we should consider gift-wrapping before the Christmas holidays. That would be nicer.

There was a defect on the last painting I bought. I hope this will not happen again with my next purchase because your paintings are original.

The items were as ordered. However, the packaging left something to be desired. I got the impression of a hastily made cardboard box. Too bad

Hello Anne-Marie,
We are sorry that the packaging was not up to your expectations. Placemats are normally packed flat in a cardboard box to protect them from the various impacts associated with delivery.
