Be careful with returns: you'll have to pay the shipping costs, which is bad enough, but what's worse is that the refund amount is deducted from the purchase's shipping costs. A scandal. I won't be buying from you again.

We understand your frustration and we're very sorry. For your information, we cover 50% of shipping costs and charge the remaining 50% to customers. We don't offer these costs on our website (except for a first order or during a commercial operation) to be as transparent as possible and not to increase the final price of our products. We produce 90% of our products in France, so our margins are low.
