We have not received any call or email from you.
If the package arrived in the condition reported, you should have refused it as indicated on the site.
A parcel can be damaged in transit and you are free to refuse it.
We checked with the carrier, and there were no complaints or notices when the package was picked up.
Why put up this notice without even contacting us beforehand to try and resolve the incident?
