Always very good, I have always had good products, I really love this site. The only problem is the communication with customer service. I had an error in my order, I had ordered pink Lemonade chewing gums and I received plain Bubblegum chewing gums. I called several times, left messages and sent emails, but I never got a response.

For the order I was able to place recently, everything went well, received in a very reasonable time with all the ordered products. However, for an order placed earlier, since the corresponding package never arrived, I requested a refund and that has not yet been done. Above all, I have been waiting for the refund confirmation from them for 3 weeks. I find this a bit unacceptable.
