Hello I ordered several cans of monster for my collection and I received 5 cans damaged I am disappointed. For the delivery very fast

After searching our database, we haven't found any trace of a complaint, nor have we received any calls from you to our customer support team.
All the cans in your order were individually wrapped like all orders and carefully checked during picking and packing.
Unfortunately, despite all the protection and cushioning we put in place, the packages were subjected to a great deal of damage during transport.
We are sincerely sorry, but it is difficult for us to assess the problem if our customer support team is not contacted.
As a reminder, we respond to emails 7/7 within 12 hours, and our telephone support is available from 8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
