Overall, I'm satisfied. However, one of my two tins of cream sugar was wide open. As for the box of maple cookies, they're no match for the Dare brand. What's more, they were practically all broken, for both boxes of cookies.

As soon as your parcel was sent on 03/04, Mondial Relay asked you to change the relay, as it was no longer available to receive your parcel.
The parcel was delivered to the new relay 48 hours later, with no further delay.
It is very common for relays to be saturated, which is why Mondial Relais offers you an alternative relay to avoid your parcel stagnating for several days or weeks in the sorting centers.
Mondial offered you the nearest available relay which was 2.9km from the other relay.
