So I ordered on a Monday and I received in relay point on Thursday of the same week it went super fast, very well packaged package! I ordered the discovery box but also other items; then the discovery box many popular items really top apres there was a lot of candy too unfortunately I do not eat as much LOL but it really remains a box of varied products! Donc top je pense pas recommander d'aussi tôt car j'ai fait une grosse commande cependant j'ai déjà parler du sites à des proches à moi! ♡

Very good and beautiful product, no problem, order received fairly quickly, shame to receive just an email and no SMS when the package arrived at the relay point but it is not disturbing for all that, thank you.
The email is preferred when the parcel arrives at the post office because the carriers now charge 1€ for sending the sms.
After 3 days at the relay, an sms is sent this time, in addition to the emails.

Fast delivery. Unfortunately packaging damaged, I hope the products will not be damaged since there was nothing to cushion and protect them. Progress to be made on this point, otherwise TB.
The Pop-Tarts by 9 as you had taken fit in the parcel with the dimension, it was not possible to put additional wedging.
Otherwise we would have had to take another size of cardboard and fill with bubble wrap or padding (we try to limit the use of extra protection when it's not necessary, an ecological concern to be taken into account.
Our strong point is parcel protection, as noted by 95% of our customers in reviews. We can't have 50 references of cardboard boxes to adapt each order to each parcel, this one was perfectly suited to your order, unfortunately it suffered shocks in transit which can happen.
This should not have affected your Pop Tarts normally.
