Hello, I received my order, the only problem was that the tin arrived damaged because the other products were well wrapped in plastic film with bubble except for this one (but it's a detail). The main thing was the other items.

Very responsive service and despite a slight delay in delivery they reacted immediately and kept me informed.

You can see things in the presentation image that weren't in the package last time.
It's clearly indicated on the Box's product sheet that the photo is contractual but that you'll get all the major US brands.
The card indicates 25 products, you got 27 or 28, and the total of the products sent is much higher than the price of the products shown on the photo.
We can't change the photos every week, as this is a discovery box with a range of products from the US, Asia etc...

For the extra packaging, you can always send glass jars with little or no protection, it could indeed limit the "Too much", not sure you would be satisfied to open a package full of glass pieces.

Very expensive delivery? You opted for home delivery at 6.99€. 6,99€ for a 24h delivery, ordered at 12h35, you are delivered the next day at 15h, but yes it seems expensive for 24h delivery.
You had the option of relay point delivery at 4.49....
Out-of-date products? No, not really, they have expiry dates... The products concerned have an ANTI-GASPI logo, with the date displayed on each product in bold, but also before entering the item file and again in red this time if it has passed in your basket.
It's also shown on your invoice. In terms of transparency, we'll leave you to find better.
