The press was delivered on time, easy to assemble (two people) and works very well.
I bought the Powertec compact leg sled and after just a few months of moderate use there is rust everywhere on the guide rods. Powertec does not respond to contact enquiries regarding these defects. Absolutely not recommended. Edit: Powertec reached out to me and replaced the defect leg sled with a complete new one. They told me that they had never heard of this particular type of damage before. I am very satisfied with this type of customer service.
Unfortunately, the previous shipment was dropped off on the street between 2 parked cars, even though I had asked for the shipment to be delivered indie apartment for an additional fee!
We are very pleased that you are satisfied with the Powertec products. Regarding delivery, Powertec does not offer a home delivery service. If you have booked this service directly with the carrier, you are welcome to complain directly to the carrier.

Perfect. I love this machine. You can really do a lot of exercises. The assembly was very easy. I did it myself and it took me about 2h30 without too much stress. Everything is very well explained and the nuts and bolts are well notified. I also had the opportunity to chat with the team during my purchase and before delivery. Very efficient and available. Excellent experience. No sooner ordered than delivered. The telephone service met my expectations perfectly. As for the product, it's superb and very high quality. I ordered the me levergym option leg, curl and weights. It takes one person 3 hours to assemble. It's quite fun, except for the screws, which have to be clearly identified. Delivery on pallet, about 1 cubic meter. I really recommend the brand and this very complete model.

The chest press arrived undamaged. Communication with the carrier worked well. The customer service is in France and is a disaster. I tried to change my order (additional items) and wrote to customer service in English and French. It took 5 weeks to get a reply and my order could not be changed.

Top delivery of a leg power tec press in 10 days, the only drawback is that the transport company asks us to collect the order if the wait is longer.
The order was well received. However, I was unpleasantly surprised to receive a promotion on the same equipment 15 days after my purchase. I complained to Powertec, who never bothered to reply.
Complete, high-quality machine, I recommend it.
