However, at the time of ordering, Powertec was offering a 10% discount on the entire store, so I contacted one of their managers (Valérie), who told me that the discount did not cover this equipment, so I bought it at the "full" price. A few days after this purchase, I received a new e-mail asking me if I wanted to take advantage of the 10% discount on the purchase of this equipment, which was quite surprising. I replied that I did, and haven't heard back since. In my opinion, this is a damaging malfunction in the sales department and it's damaging the reputation of this company, which is why I'm only giving it 3 stars.
