I am a bit disappointed with the down jacket, nothing to do with the photo, moreover the delivery person did not deliver it to the address indicated on my order..

Order received on time and compliant. Only problem, the shoes are a bit tight. New Balance is often very approximate on the regularity of sizes, this is not the first time this has happened to me. Too bad, but that's the game of ordering from a distance.

Great merchandise, great price and fast shipping. I only report that the packing padding, while plentiful, was only put on one side of the package, in fact the inner box arrived torn in one place, but luckily the ski scrpone inside didn't have a single scratch

Hello Following my purchase, I sent you a message which I have not received a reply to. Overall, I am satisfied with my Elementerre boots. It's just that the picture doesn't correspond exactly to what I received. On the photo the boots had two colors of laces. However, the pair I received had only light-colored laces. Pay for shipping on 500€ item is no longer acceptable in Europe. Moreover, you partner with GLS which has the worst service in Italy. They did not deliver the goods when the address is totally correct. They don't call when the number is stamped on the label. There is no way to contact them to change delivery options. I have called Precision Ski customer service 2 times to update the address and contact GLS and nothing changed! I have not yet received the items that cost me 500€. It's an absurd. I will have to resort to ask for a refund and let you find the parcel.

I ordered from the UK, and I had to pay extra duties for the products to arrive (I was not informed about this in any step of the process and I am buying products from other retailers and never had to pay duties). Second, although I ordered the same size for all items (Large) the jacket is not fitting well. I am not even going to bother to return it, simply not buying again from here.
