Hello, The note may seem a bit high, but when you select the gift-wrapping option, it's not to receive a product without its gift wrap. Not living at the delivery address where the product was delivered, I discovered on Christmas Day that it wasn't wrapped. I was a bit stuck and offered the pair of gloves without the package. Respecting a customer also means respecting the contract between the two parties. Even though I'm also in the trade, I'm not going to lecture you. Slow delivery time

I paid extra for delivery to my home. I stayed at home to receive the parcel at the time indicated by the carrier, but he delivered to the store opposite me without leaving a delivery note in my letterbox. This is not serious at all.
