I had taken the personalized delivery service, but it's no more convenient than the classic delivery service. Although you can choose the day, the time slots are too wide: morning or afternoon, but nothing after 5pm. I had to change my delivery address, which cost me several days. Otherwise, nothing to say about the site's reliability. Helmet delivered with invoice. Everything in order.

I stand by the factual elements given in my first comment and find the supplier's attitude deplorable: you have to accept customer feedback from a satisfaction analysis and implement an action plan. I maintain that the snowboard size delivered did not correspond to the order (a point I can prove by the invoice), and that the solutions proposed did not satisfy me. I maintain that the person I contacted by phone before ordering confirmed that the size I requested was physically available, and that their team didn't have a snowboard specialist when I asked about bindings. The supplier is free to refuse my comment via "Avis Vérifiés", but there are other ways of making it public.
