I ordered a cap, usually I buy on ebay, I have always received my caps in a rigid packaging (cardboard) and I have never had any problems. in this case I received the cap "loose" in a bag chronopost without any protection ... no surprise the cap is all folded and it is irrattrapable on this kind of caps ... in short very very disappointed!

After our research and request to locate the driver, it turns out that he did indeed arrive at your home on Tuesday, the GPS tracking indicates a stop at your address. Were you absent for a moment, perhaps? Chronopost has no interest in redirecting the parcel to a relay, as this includes penalties for them. It's a shame to give such a low mark for our services and the site, knowing that your problem concerns the carrier, not the product or the experience on the site as your order shipped and processed the same day. Very serious site, excellent order tracking by email, parcel received in 48 hours by Pickup. I was reimbursed very quickly following the return of the article that did not suit me. You can order with confidence. However, I give 4 stars and not 5 because I had to print the return label. This label can be printed at the post office thanks to a code provided by La Poste, so I requested it by e-mail from Précision Ski, who was kind enough to reply very quickly but was unable to give me the code as they didn't know it.

Hello, The prices do not change on our side, it comes from a problem of internet provider for some customers. Our site is equipped with a system that locates the customer's connection. When your connection goes through a foreign router, the system proposes the prices before tax, but once you enter your address, it detects a delivery in France and gives the VAT of 20% on the summary. We're aware that this can lead to misunderstandings, and we're trying to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, it still happens rarely, but it's always there. We are sincerely sorry, but in any case there was no discount or price change, just a price excluding tax.
