I had a very bad experience with the service after my purchase. Although the price in the UK site is in GBP the store charges in EUR, I paid through PayPal a higher price than the price I was quoted, even the invoice from the store came different versus the price I paid. I raised my issue and the response I got from the store was that the transaction for them was ok that the problem was on me and I need to find a solution with PayPal. PayPal did nothing to help. With this type of situation you realise that for this store the costumer does not care for them. I even offered a different way of payment to get my refund and never received any response. They simply do not care, at the end they got the money no matter if the costumer was not satisfied with the transaction. Product is fine, very disappointing with this purchase due to costumer service.
Parcel lost... after substantial shipping costs... no commercial gesture... new parcel returned after 3 weeks of complaints... disappointed...

Very bad! To be avoided: offers payment by instalments in 3/4 x with Cetelem and I was charged 5 administration fees!!!! The sales department told me I'd looked at it wrong at the time of ordering!!! Anti-commercial! To be avoided!
8 days have passed since my order was shipped, yet i didn't receive my order even though i have paid for 72 hours delivery max. The phone number for english customer support didn't work, the email from Precision Ski didn't include the tracking number, had to figure it out myself from the url of the shipping link, in order to get estimated delivery info from a robot. Very bad international delivery experience, the refund of the shipping fee would be a gesture of common sense in this case. Also, DPD courier, partners of Precision Ski for delivery, should be cut off and replaced by a quality courier.
I am not satisfied because I ordered size 38 shoes. I received shoes where it is noted size 40,5 on the box and in the shoes whereas they cut for an incomprehensible 38. Explanation of the site no only answer if you are not satisfied return the shoes....

Promised 2-3 day delivery paid 12euro,took a week and at tho moment precision ski are refusing to refund me the delivery charge as they say they got to try and get it off the courier dpd,i said thats not my problem im dealing with you.I received no reply to this email.

I did not receive my order! Saying that I could not contact me! I never received a phone call or email! It seems they don't deliver in Switzerland!! Too complicated. But not mentioned on the site. Very disappointed.

I'm not satisfied with your site, I have a credit note valid on it, but on my last order my code for my credit note didn't work, so I had to contact the customer service number. On top of that, I had my order delivered to the resort, but I never received confirmation that it had been received in the store. So I skied for 4 days without a backpack, thinking that the order hadn't arrived when in fact it was waiting for me in the store. I'm sorry to say that your site is seriously lacking in follow-up and reliability.

The parcel arrived but I didn't see the product I ordered after a phone call where I was told that they would send me a return slip.
After 10 days of going round in circles, my order disappeared from the postal tracking system. Apparently, they can't ship outside France, so they simply cancelled my order and refunded my money, 15 days before Christmas! My bank had blocked the initial transaction for security reasons, so I should have known better.
I received a blue bag instead of a black one and when I went back to the website, the black one was out of stock... not cool.
