Everything was okay with the order, but the packaging and shipping was just a huge box for a thin A4 envelope. And the ordered product was only a cap.
Wasn't informed I'd have to pay 20% import tax, so it was a nasty surprise to receive notification of it a few weeks later. Wish I'd bought elsewhere.

Pay for shipping on 500€ item is no longer acceptable in Europe. Moreover, you partner with GLS which has the worst service in Italy. They did not deliver the goods when the address is totally correct. They don't call when the number is stamped on the label. There is no way to contact them to change delivery options. I have called Precision Ski customer service 2 times to update the address and contact GLS and nothing changed! I have not yet received the items that cost me 500€. It's an absurd. I will have to resort to ask for a refund and let you find the parcel.
Had to wait a week for delivery but came from France so may be normal, good quality product.

Long delivery time, even if the item comes from France
I ordered from the UK, and I had to pay extra duties for the products to arrive (I was not informed about this in any step of the process and I am buying products from other retailers and never had to pay duties). Second, although I ordered the same size for all items (Large) the jacket is not fitting well. I am not even going to bother to return it, simply not buying again from here.
The garment description was insufficient for me (quilted hood unlike the rest of the garment).
I requested chronopost delivery. I was informed by e-mail (on the agreed date) that the parcel had arrived at the relay point. Despite this e-mail, the parcel had not yet been delivered and was only delivered the next day. So a return trip to the relay point for nothing and payment of a chronopost for nothing.
English or german translation was not the best, but it worked to order. Order and delivery was good. I would order again.

Hello, I placed an order with delivery to my place of work, the delivery was made to a point relay which is located 5 km from the village, as a shopkeeper during the Christmas period it was very difficult for me to free myself during the opening hours of the point relay. I only learned about delivery to a point relay when the delivery was made, it was up to me to adapt to be able to collect my parcel....a little annoyed I must admit and not used to you... this said very happy with my order... I remain a customer without problems I would just have liked to be warned when ordering that I would be delivered in a point relay and not at home I would have arranged before... thank you... Ordered size probably no longer available and sent the next size down. Too small, and no gift to give on the big day. But very correct and efficient after-sales service, easy contact, quick return and refund.

The delivery was super fast. as i bought in italy on saturday, on wednesday i already had the parcel. The part I don't like very much is the choice of size. after entering all my son's measurements, they recommended a size S. I bought an L because a friend of mine bought it for her daughter and she told me it fit well. well, the L is right, if I had trusted the site, I would have had problems. Also, I noticed an imperfection in one seam, having paid over 400 for it, I expected it to be perfect. For the rest, communication and shipping remains a very serious company, (I recommend it) I hope that my comment can help to improve this imperfection in the service.
