The order has not arrived
It states tax included on your bill, then you find your self with £197 to pay duties, they refused to pay, I asked to show me where it states on their website , their response was I should know it because everybody knows! I do know, but if it states TAx included That means tax included. So now I have a jacket that is too big and cannot even exchange it, costed me £1089!!! Don’t buy!
Would not consider dealing with this company due to their hidden charges. Awful customer service !!

Order placed, pay 10 for 24h delivery arrives 4 days later. Customer service unreachable as if by chance. I do not recommend
If you are in the UK do not buy on this website as you will have to pay extra taxes. Customer support has been useless (they were supposed to cancel the order and claim it back). Instead they let the delivery happen and I finally paid the extra taxes (£45 in addition to the price of the item at £189). I am now fighting to get the tax paid by Precision Ski as it was not clearly indicated that I would have to pay extra taxes.
Return for exchange paying and not adapted (proposed relay points not compliant: possibiliyté to receive but not to send a parcel).

The site describes the product with features that do not correspond to the product that arrived. In addition, the order arrived late without any previous information. When I tried to return it, I was sent a label that didn't match the pick-off location.

The carrier kept the parcel waiting for 12 days because of a problem with the relay point and refused to change the relay point. As a result, my protectors arrived after we'd left for the snow and became useless (I had to buy some on the spot!).
I paid for colissimo 24h delivery, my parcel arrived 4 or 5 days later, it was not left at the right address. Namely in front of a hotel entrance outside. The receptionist was kind enough to warn me, otherwise I would never have received my parcel, which was marked as delivered.
Hello, I'm sorry to have to give you such a bad mark. But I never received my après-ski ordered on December 12, apparently because of Mondial Relais, PRECISION SKI's subcontractor for delivery. After several calls to customer service, I proposed the cancellation solution myself.... Nothing else was ever suggested... I feel alone ....
Order placed almost 1 MONTH ago!! and still no parcel on December 18th! Scandalous, I've been to 3 storage locations, no one has picked up my parcel!! handicapped, I had opted for home delivery... I'm disgusted... lamentable!

I placed an order on February 21st and after sending over 20 emails and calling the store and shipping company several times, I still haven't received my product. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days, and I even paid more to have it delivered faster, but no one is taking care of it and I only get "generic answers" like "you will receive it shortly". Very bad service, very amateurish store, don't buy there. I'm still waiting and I can't get my products at all. I have never seen such bad service. Tommy - Barcelona

I had to return a product due to a size error, unfortunately this cannot be done, you have to order a new one and wait for the old one to be returned and the charges paid by the customer.
I left for skiing without having received my order even though I paid extra for delivery. I will see the quality of the item when I get home.
I'm very disappointed with this order. I paid for a rather expensive item and I received a sweater that I had ordered in size 40 when it was delivered in size 38, and the sweater is so itchy that I itch every time I wear it!
I ordered ski pants in size XS and received a 46! I returned the pants and I had to pay for them... it's unacceptable... moreover, they don't exchange products. Not very satisfied.
I have returned my order for a refund
I ordered a balaclava for 40 and selected fast delivery (24h delivery in Europe, 25!) to have it delivered to Switzerland because I needed it at all costs 2 weeks later, but in the end it arrived 3 weeks after the email telling me it would arrive at its destination within 24h. All this plus 30 administrative fees for customs clearance. I had also contacted the after-sales service to be told that the necessary steps would be taken to release the parcel, but nothing changed after several exchanges. Avoid ordering if you don't want to pay double for the item in unnecessary costs!

Hello, I have put this rating, for now it is not in relation to precision ski, precisely, but the problem is that when we received the package, the contents were not what we ordered. Instead of receiving the jacket we wanted, we received a magic children's tablet. Of course, I immediately notified your customer service department, made a complaint to mondiales relais, and am now waiting to hear back from customer service.
