It states tax included on your bill, then you find your self with £197 to pay duties, they refused to pay, I asked to show me where it states on their website , their response was I should know it because everybody knows! Secondly, your parcel was indeed dispatched on Tuesday May 16 as planned, however the carrier was indeed late and as Ascension Thursday was a public holiday, it was only delivered to you on Friday May 19, which actually makes three days late (or even two as public holidays are considered non-working days). What's more, if you had tried to contact us by e-mail over the long weekend, you would have known that customer service was closed for four days and that all requests would be answered on Monday. If you are in the UK do not buy on this website as you will have to pay extra taxes. Customer support has been useless (they were supposed to cancel the order and claim it back). Instead they let the delivery happen and I finally paid the extra taxes (£45 in addition to the price of the item at £189). I am now fighting to get the tax paid by Precision Ski as it was not clearly indicated that I would have to pay extra taxes.

I placed an order on February 21st and after sending over 20 emails and calling the store and shipping company several times, I still haven't received my product. I ordered a balaclava for 40 and selected fast delivery (24h delivery in Europe, 25!) to have it delivered to Switzerland because I needed it at all costs 2 weeks later, but in the end it arrived 3 weeks after the email telling me it would arrive at its destination within 24h. I had a very bad experience with the service after my purchase. Although the price in the UK site is in GBP the store charges in EUR, I paid through PayPal a higher price than the price I was quoted, even the invoice from the store came different versus the price I paid. I raised my issue and the response I got from the store was that the transaction for them was ok that the problem was on me and I need to find a solution with PayPal. PayPal did nothing to help. With this type of situation you realise that for this store the costumer does not care for them. I even offered a different way of payment to get my refund and never received any response. They simply do not care, at the end they got the money no matter if the costumer was not satisfied with the transaction. Product is fine, very disappointing with this purchase due to costumer service.

However, as a reminder, when you ordered on December 3rd at 8pm, we clearly indicated on the product sheets and the carrier summary that Chronopost and DPD did not collect parcels on the 30th, 31st, 01st and 02nd. This was the case for all sites, even the big AMAZON. Your parcel then left on the 04 and took 5 days instead of 48 hours. Yes, the whole western part of France was saturated, whether with TNT, Colissimo, DPD etc... The sorting centers in Bordeaux took a week to bring the flow of parcels up to date, a problem caused by the huge influx at Christmas, but also by Cdiscount's logistics base in your region. Not to mention the millions of parcels returned after Christmas. We're sorry, these are the times of year when there are major delivery problems every year, that's 2 times a year, too bad you can't take a little more into consideration the progress of your order, no feedback on your product, experience on the site etc.... 98% of our orders are delivered in 24/48h all year round except on Black Friday and the week of Christmas and New Year's Day.
