After installing our module, we automatically solicit your customers by email in order to collect their reviews on your site and possibly on each product ordered.
Once these reviews are collected, we broadcast them on your website through the marketing elements you have previously chosen (widgets, sidebars, horizontal or vertical previews…).
We also diffuse them on search engines through your certificate of trust, delivered immediately after the creation of your account, and through Google stars on all your rated product pages.
Site reviews? Product reviews?
“Site Reviews” are your customers’ ratings and comments about their overall shopping experience on your e-commerce site.
Product Reviews, on the other hand, are ratings and comments related to products purchased on your online store.
Product reviews gathering can easily be turned off from your Guaranteed Reviews Company account.
