I received my products yesterday in Greece. Two products were missing. I immediately sent a descriptive email with photos and called the pharmacy. They were charming on the phone. The next morning at dawn, I received an email confirming the next delivery of the products. I was very surprised by the speed of their reaction. This kind of situation is always delicate when you have received the package. It feels good to collaborate with nice and honest people who apparently consider you honest too. This deserved that I leave a review. Thank you.

Faster and more pleasant than the pharmacy in my area which, by the way, assured me that the teniverm for pigeons was out of stock nationally for over a month! Look for who the grocer is! I recommend this site where I will now come to pick up my vet products directly!

Not serious at all, impossible to reach them by phone. I have been waiting for my order for 10 days. I am really disappointed.
I regularly order the Epileptyl product for my cat. The shipment is protected and fast. Very good.
Delivery received incomplete, impossible to reach customer service which does not respond either by phone or email. Received 1 product out of 3 ordered AND PAID. This is not serious. I expect a resolution to this dispute quickly and hope to receive my items VERY QUICKLY.
