The delivery was not what we selected. We chose the premium delivery option "At home with Signature" which would take 3-5 days. Good evening, your products are good but I am absolutely not happy with the transport part. I paid for urgent delivery for 04/07 while my order was placed on 02/07/25. I was only delivered on 08/07 without anyone getting back to me to indicate if there was a problem. Nothing, and when I sent an email worrying about the non-delivery on 07/07, well barely an apology and no commercial gesture proposed.
