Hello, No worries about the order being processed. However: - I had requested delivery to a relay point and I was delivered at home. - The 2 boxes of Varromed were overpacked in a box without indication of Top/Bottom and of course they were transported upside down and several bottles leaked...

Hello, order placed and paid, but forced to send an email as I have had no news of my order, 15 days to receive it. Might as well go to the local pharmacy because even if the product is out of stock, I would have received it in 3 days. I will not order from this site again.

No issues with the products, but very unhappy with the delivery: products delivered to a different pickup point than planned, 25 minutes by car! And until the end, I received emails from Produits Véto informing me that my package was available at the initial Pickup Point. A little more organization and coordination would be helpful...

I have difficulty retrieving my package
My opinion at the moment does not concern the product itself.. significant delay in delivery by post.. when it comes to treatment for a kitten's epilepsy that we see suffering every day, it is quite frustrating to endure such a delivery delay and moreover, after a complaint to the post office, the package was delivered to a neighbor's mailbox who fortunately informed us on Sunday.. what a disappointment and really angry!!!

Maybe it's too early, the product has no effect

The deworming and anti-parasitic products are very effective. However, it is relatively not visible on the site that the product for skin lesions is too dangerous and this should be indicated on your site. Why not highlight more manageable products
