Ordered on August 10, my package got lost (thanks to the post!!!). Having paid via PayPal, I requested a refund for my order which I never received and this seller is dragging out the refund just because I filed a complaint via PayPal. Very disappointed especially since he argues that the problem would have been resolved if I hadn't opened a PayPal dispute and now that I have opened it, we have to wait for the end of the procedure, which is totally false because if the seller refunds via PayPal, the dispute is closed immediately.

Much more independent, able to play alone without me and go out to the garden to do her business without me accompanying her!!! After the walks which are much more serene, she sleeps like a puppy and recharges her batteries. In short, I am starting to really breathe and look forward to the future with her with pleasure, because I am convinced that she will become a "good dog". Long live homeopathy!
