The product and packaging are okay. The Colissimo? A masquerade. The chosen pickup point was closed. The second closest point is 40 meters from the first. The carrier left the package 30 km away. Total for me is 80 km to retrieve a package... No comment.

I regretted the purchase from you. 10 days to receive today a message to say that the package has arrived at the pickup point because of you my kitten ended up with a 40-degree fever. He almost died... and I paid for a consultation. Vet 5 times the price of the order I do not recommend you 0 stars

Upon investigating your file, we found that you placed your order on Friday the 7th in the late afternoon, which means that, as specified on our website, the order was prepared and shipped on Monday, November 10th. The package was then dropped off on November 14th at the selected pickup point. Therefore, we are within the announced timeframe of 3 to 4 days for Mondial Relay. We are sincerely sorry to hear that your kitten went through a difficult period and that you would have liked to be delivered faster for your dewormer. However, the ordering conditions and the selected carrier could in no way meet your expectations. We remain an online store for veterinary products. We cannot and do not want to replace the work of a veterinarian in any way. If your kitten had a significant fever, it is possible that the treatment, even received on Saturday, may not be sufficient to curb this.

Trap in place for a week with the attractant I bought from you. No hornets caught. Tried at 10 meters from the apiary in the passageway for 2 days, then behind a hive at 1 meter height 60 cm, then next to a hive at the same height with 2 live hornets inside the translucent cages.
