Hello, order placed and paid, but forced to send an email as I have had no news of my order, 15 days to receive it. Might as well go to the local pharmacy because even if the product is out of stock, I would have received it in 3 days. I will not order from this site again.

Huge delivery problems with Mondial Relay.....the package has been going back and forth from the center of Terrasson, Toulouse, Terrasson...etc. Delivery took more than a week. Incomprehensible!

No issues with the products, but very unhappy with the delivery: products delivered to a different pickup point than planned, 25 minutes by car! And until the end, I received emails from Produits Véto informing me that my package was available at the initial Pickup Point. A little more organization and coordination would be helpful...

Very good overall, except that I ordered two new products, there was no measuring cup and on one the label of the instruction manual. I had to look on the site and leave a message for the measuring cups. The response was very quick, that's a good thing. Too bad for the measuring cups.
